What is Passeig Marketplace and how does it work?

Passeig Marketplace is a platform that makes it possible to advertise and sell products. We act as a mediator between you and our customers, offering your business much more visibility and more opportunities to improve your sales, thanks to our large customer base and the number of visits we receive every day.

The process is simple: you fill out a brief registration and, if everything is correct, you can already advertise your products at Passeig Marketplace.

When a customer places an order, you will be notified to process the order and deliver the item to the carrier.

What are the advantages of selling on Passeig?

Who are sellers?

Each shop on Passeig is independent. Shop owners (or “sellers”) are independent micro-businesses who create or curate their own inventory and manage their own orders.

Contacting a seller through Messages is the best way to get information about an item, or after your purchase, resolve any issues you may have had with your order. Each seller on Passeig manages their own orders, and makes decisions about cancellations, refunds, and returns. Learn more about getting help with your order.

Order & Retunrs

How long does it take to receive my order?

Passeig strives to complete all orders within 7 business days, (that doesn’t include weekends or holidays), however, most orders are completed sooner. Shipping times vary depending on how quickly the seller sends the item to us to be authenticated. Once your item has successfully gone through the verification process, you will receive tracking information for your purchase.

How long does the verification process take?

The verification process normally takes 1-2 business days. The process can extend a few days if there are issues with the item requiring further inspection from our Quality Assurance team.

Can I return an item on my own?

All returns must go through Passeig. We want to ensure that the return meets the conditions of our Returns & Refunds Policy. If we approve the request, we’ll send a prepaid return label straight to your email inbox.

We can’t protect returning items on your own. If you do so, the transaction may be completed regardless so the seller’s funds can be released.

Why can’t I cancel my transaction?

We ask sellers to ship an order within 3 days of the date it was purchased. If there are no tracking updates after 7 days of purchase, the order can be cancelled at the buyer’s request.

Buyers can also ask to cancel an order any time before it ships, but it’s up to the seller to agree or deny the request. If you don’t see the option to cancel from the order status page it is because the seller has confirmed that they have dropped off the package with the shipping carrier and cancellation is no longer an option.

You can find information about your order including current tracking updates directly from your order status page.

If it has been 7 or more days since your purchase and you haven’t received any tracking updates you can cancel your order by pressing “Cancel order” on the order status page.
